15. Limitation of Liability

Business interruption

Indirect damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to JobCreationz during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobCreationz, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of AI-generated content

18. Arizona Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Users consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
